Contract
In the year 2009, NUKEM signed a contract with AtomEnergoProject to design and deliver a waste treatment centre for liquid radioactive waste at the Leningrad NPP unit II.
Description
The waste treatment centre is composed of:
Liquid waste evaporation facility
Liquid waste cementation facility
Monitoring systems
The facilities are located in a new building. The building, its infrastructure etc were designed and constructed by the customer.
